The Application Saioda is a project belonging to SAIODA SRL (”SAIODA”).
Saioda is a mobile phone application („Application”) which helps you to participate as a user in campaigns by collecting the vouchers available through the application (the “Services”) organized by partners and collaborators of SAIODA.
The terms and conditions of use of the Application (“the Terms”), as they are presented in this document are and will be under the incidence and interpreted according the Romanian Law in force. Please read carefully and completely the Terms below. The Terms apply each time when you use the Application, the site www.saioda.com (the “Site”) and/or related applications.
By accessing, using or registering to benefit of the Services offered through the Application, the Site and / or related applications you accept and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Terms establish a legal agreement between you as a user (the “User”), SAIODA and partners and collaborators of SAIODA.
SAIODA reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services or modify the Terms. Modifications to the Terms will be made in the Application, Site and/or related applications. If you do not accept and do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please stop to use the services of the Application, Site and/or related applications. The App is exclusively for people aged 16 and over. In case that you are minor between 16 and 18 years old, the acceptance of Terms and Conditions is subject to the consent of the parent or legal representative.
In order to access the functionalities of Application or Site, you must register. You can register in application using your user data (email address and password).
You must keep safe your account details and do not aloud anyone the access to them. It is forbidden to take or collect personal data (including account names) of other users of the application.
As part of SAIODA Services you can receive emails or other kind of messages sent to you by SAIODA or partners and collaborators of SAIODA.
You have the right to unsubscribe from unwanted commercial messages following the unsubscribing instructions included in each message. Using the Services you agree that SAIODA collect, use and share with its partners certain information about you, as it is described in the Privacy Policy. SAIODA can use these information to contact you or to inform you about modifications made to Services.
Through the Application, Site and / or related applications you can receive the following types of campaigns: see HERE .
SAIODA collaborates with companies that create and transmit campaigns in the Application. Using the Services you are agree to receive campaigns from partners and collaborator of SAIODA. SAIODA assumes no responsibility for campaigns transmitted by partners and collaborators of SAIODA through the Application.
SAIODA does not guarantee that information contained by campaigns are complete. Photos presented in campaigns do not create contractual obligations. We do not assume any liability for any text or price mistakes. Products offers and discounts posted through the Application, Site, and / or related applications are valid within the available products stock limit. SAIODA reserves the right to make modifications to the campaigns of Application and Site according to the changes that take place with regard on Services promoted through campaigns.
SAIODA DOES NOT ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE VERACITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SAIODA COLLABORATORS WITHIN THE APPLICATION OR SITE. SAIODA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AS A CONSEQUENCES OF ANY DYSFUNCTIONALITIES OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY DAMAGE MADE BY COLLABORATORS.
During collecting the vouchers, you must be aware of your surroundings (car traffic, curbs, holes, or other obstacles and places that can hurt you) and play safely. You agree that your use of the App and collecting vouchers is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to maintain a valid health, liability, hazard, personal injury, medical, life, and other insurance policies as you deem reasonably necessary for any injuries that you may incur while using the Services. You also agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation, and you agree not to encourage or enable any other individual to violate any applicable law, rule. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that in conjunction with your use of the App you will not inflict emotional distress on other people, will not humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), will not assault or threaten other people, will not enter into private property without permission, will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation, title, or authority, and will not otherwise engage in any activity that may result in injury, death, property damage, and/or liability of any kind. SAIODA disclaim all liability related to any property damage, personal injury, or death that may occur during your use of our Services, including any claims based on the violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation or your alleged negligence or other tort liability. Further, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users of the App, you release SAIODA and its partners and collaborators from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
The user under 18 years assumes to NOT collect or use vouchers for products that are banned from marketing to minors. For vouchers to products addressed to persons over 18 years, such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco, etc., SAIODA assumes no liability and legal consequence if these products are granted by commercial agents to users under 18 years.
In these cases the liability belongs exclusively to user and commercial agents, the latter being bound to comply with the law in force in requesting/ granting of these products.
To receive campaigns, you must have Saioda application installed and enabled internet connection.
To close a user account from the Application can be done through a written request by email to the address contact@saioda.com or by selecting the "Close Account" option in the Application or Site. Account closure means that the application can no longer be used, but previous recorded data are stored.
Intellectual property rights on the Application, the Site and / or the related applications and all of their content are entirely owned by SAIODA. The application is protected by intellectual, industrial and other applicable laws.
